Memorial Weekend Schedule

  • Saturday – 915am – ONLY class
  • Sunday 3pm
  • Monday – 515pm MOVE IT – Only Class

Barre Classes begin May 8th w/ Ashley Travis

Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body

  • Offering 4 classes a week
  • Drop in Only $18 (class size is limited) -see schedule!
    • Mondays – 9:30am
    • Tuesdays – 5:15pm
    • Wednesdays – 9:30am
    • Thursdays – 5:30am
