Chair yoga is a form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This can benefit those who cannot transition easily from sitting to standing. We focus on strength, flexibility and balance!
 
Tuesdays & Thursdays – NEW Series Begins Sept 10th
6:30am – Sunrise Core Yoga (4 Week Series)

Postures and sequencing will be geared toward strengthening and stabilizing the abdominals, glutes and thighs. Use of Pilates balls, rings and more are incorporated.
 
Fridays – Class Type Change Begins Sept 6th
YIN/Deep Stretch – 12:15pm
A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues
 
Tuesdays – Chair Yoga
